Dog Daycation

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You allow, agree, and understand that Dog Daycation will take your dog or cat to a dog beach, park, and any selected destination chosen by you while wearing or not wearing a leash as advised by you the owner. The following events could occur and you or a third party will not sue Dog Daycation in the event of an unforeseen accident due to you allowing your dog or cat to be on or off leash at any location specified when requesting the service inside or outside of your home. There is no way to be certain that your dog or cat will be safe off or on a leash. Unfortunately, you can’t control the world around you when your dog or cat is off or on the leash. You can do your best to leash train them or to come when you call while they are off the leash. However, when it comes down to it, they are certainly more susceptible to dangerous situations when off the leash. You understand and are aware that dogs and cats can get scared and react instinctively. Environmental factors are important to consider. These things can all make your dog or cat react quickly and without thinking, which can lead to issues. Dog Daycation can’t and will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents that occur to your dog or cat while off or on leash in any selected environment chosen by you the owner while on Daycation, Staycation, Drop In Visit, Catcation, and House Sitting. Your dog or cat could eat, smell, walk on, and bump into something that could hurt them when off or on the leash. Dog Daycation will always be supervising your pet while off or on leash but in the event that one or all of these or any unforeseen event would occur while your dog or cat is on or off the leash you agree to not sue Dog Daycation. Many people don’t like the attention of dogs and cats. It takes a lot of training to teach an animal to fight its natural excited instincts when they meet a new person. If your dog or cat tries to greet a stranger who isn’t a fan of pets, it could cause issues. If an issue occurs when your dog or cat greets a person or any other animal while on or off the leash you agree not to sue Dog Daycation for an unforeseen event that could occur. Other dogs could have issues with your pet. Sadly, there are some dogs and cats who don’t play well with others. With a dog or cat off-leash, it’s very important to do your best to keep your pet away from any unfriendly animals who may try to act aggressively toward them. While there are many benefits when it comes to walking your dog or cat off or on the leash, it’s imperative that the potentially dangerous environmental factors are taken into consideration. You agree to not sue Dog Daycation in the event that your dog or cat would get into any altercation with another animal or being while off or on the leash.

Dog Daycation will make every effort to care for the dog or cat while being walked or strolled on or off the leash. However, Dog Daycation assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, sickness, death or other disability which may occur to the dog or cat while being walked, strolled on or off the leash. The owner shall be completely financially responsible for any damage to property, to humans, or to other animals caused by the dog or cat while being watched, walked, strolled, carried on or off of the leash and shall promptly pay all damages on demand. The owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Dog Daycation and its agents from any claim or loss resulting from such damage. In the event a dog or cat becomes aggressive in the course of the watch, walk, stroll, pet Daycation, Staycation, Catcation, Drop in Visit-Potty and Play, House Sitting the company reserves the right to place the pet in a crate/kennel/ containment at the owner’s expense.

The owner warrants and represents that the pet is neither dangerous nor aggressive. The owner shall be completely financially responsible for any damage to property, to humans, or to other animals caused by the pet while being transported and shall promptly pay all damages on demand. The owner shall indemnify and hold harmless the company and its agents from any claim or loss resulting from such damage.
